have had this error before but cant for the life of me think of what might cause it 
but i have mod tools up to date and all the programs run as admin just thort i would clear that before i post lol

If Java had true garbage collection, most programs would delete themselves upon execution.
Never seen it before - maybe you're got a corrupt entry in your GDT that's crashing the converter.
