-When using my custom perks, some of the perk bottle models will sometimes appear as quick revive bottle instead of the actual perk purchased.
When purchasing all perks, the bottles also appears to not reach the players mouth and instead stop the animation before this.
-When playing it appears that there are no sounds from Samantha saying the drop quote when drops such as double points and instakill etc. are picked up.
My third and final issue is regarding the image shown in the bottom left hand corner of the co-op lobby. I have one prepared as a dds but am uncertain how to add it into my map. I have searched google but am not able to find a tutorials.

Happens, when you have used give all, also, not your perks, lol
Harry said that this is anim issue, which never got fixed
Check soundaliases, if they are commented out. If not, check _zombiemode_powerups
Cant remember how I got it working, something with mapstable.csv

For your third i think i can help you with that. There are 2 ways. The first is to open ugx's sp create just a random map but with mission screen selected. To do so you must have your image already converted. The mission screen use a .tga not a .dds file. The material name must be " mission_screen_nazi_zombie_mapname" . The settings in assman you can find it i think in the texture_assets folder. It's called "menu.gdt". You can find the settings for. You can either choose to copy it to your own gdt or duplicte it and make your own. After you're done hit convert and you should be good. Then go back to the sp and select the material file. And generate the map. Now go to the maps folder of that map and copy "map something.csv" can't recall the name of that file. Copy it to your map folder and search for that mapname and replace it with your mapname. Copy the image and the material files over to your mod. Add the line to your mod.csv. Build & compile . I think you're done.
