Like the title says...
It used to run at 'normal' FPS while i'm recording, and without me changing anything to my hardware or settings all of the sudden i'm getting 15Fps while recording vids..

I'm using Bandicam now, but i've had the exact same thing happen to me in the past. I used to use MSI-Afterburner, but that also started causing the fps drops all of the sudden so then i switched to Bandicam. It was all fine after that for about 6 months, and now the same crap happens again..

Anybody have any suggestions what i should look into to get this fixed?

Are you saving the file to your boot drive? If so, use an external drive instead. Only thing i can think of.
