So on UGX Map Manager. Downloaded Shinra Ops and Dales Dock.. but the downloads arent going anywhere on my computer and they arent on the list when i try and start a game from Tools... Anyone Help???

If they are not located there then make sure you are running the program as an administrator by right clicking the .exe and clicking "Run As Administrator" as the program might not have permission to place files in the directory specified above. Once done attempt to download the desired map again.

i dont think i can acces that file, because when i go to my C:/ file is says OS_install (C:). and there is no file that says AppData. maybe you can give me some advise on this because i just got a new laptop and i am not that good with it just yet

Open your start menu and in the search bar type "Run" as so: (Open Spoilers)

Why does it download only at 0-20kb/s? Normally I download with the speed of 5-5.5mb/s.
All maps are hosted on a high-speed download server which we own. At the moment it appears the server's ISP is under heavy load which is why the downloads are slow. Give it a little bit and try again, it should fix itself eventually.
If we could afford CDN hosting this would never be an issue but we can't, so this is the result.
