Seems good. I'll suggest that you change the clock by a roulette. I think it will be better and more ad-hoc for a random perk

Great idea, but the "time" is more the more important part of the drop so i went with the watch. But great idea though.

Regarding a name for the powerup I'm drawing a blank - however I think the 'Enjoy your present' quote from Moon would fit this perfectly

Unless you're making your own announcer quote why would you need a name for it anyway?
