I would definitely suggest adding rain or at least heavy wind in the outdoor areas.

Not really. I might actually integrate UGX Standalone with Bar 2 within the next week, as well as fix a few bugs which people found after the 1.4-style version was released.

I don't have an accurate estimate for a completion time at this stage, so I've no idea what a release date could look like. I plan to use the UGX Standalone Mod in this map.

Just did some hasty preparations to make the map compilable and run in-game, so I could take some screenshots which aren't in Radiant

Obviously this is far, far from completion. I only added in a few lights to make the area seem a bit more natural so a lot more tweaking is needed on that front. As you can see I also forgot to include a couple of custom textures which is why there are a few very white brushes and patches This was really to get more of a feel for the map in-game so I can focus on building a distinct atmosphere, though at this point I'm not even sure I want to stick with a night-time setting. Let me know what you think

Here are some very early shots of the hospital building coming into shape:





This is obviously very far from what it'll look like finished, but these screenshots do give you a vague idea of the style / presence of the building in the environment. The complex itself is supposed to be an old building which has been renovated to a 21st-century modern standard, so you'll see a mixture of both old and new architecture blended together.

I'm thinking that putting the PAP machine on top of the roof or helipad will be an appropriate thing to do, so this will eventually see players working their way from the ground up before getting to a very nice vantage point where they can kill zombies from afar with some very nice upgraded weaponry.

Can't wait to play this one!
