When viewing those sites, and functions, pay attention to the SERVER/CLIENT: area. For example, this function is a client function, or csc. Most of us work in gsc.

CLIENT/SERVER: Client
SUMMARY: Returns 1 if the player is currently jumping
EXAMPLE: if(ent IsPlayerJumping())

If your looking for a gsc function, another way to check is using IsOnGround(), if not then they are in the air, and possibly jumping.
