B02 Mods? I have been hoping for these forever, but I thought this stuff wasn't going to happen because Rollon said that B02 requires an external client to do so and he "won't be doing that"

And yes it should still work if you are VAC banned as it uses an external client which doesn't connect to Steam servers.
Edit: Will this work if you are VAC banned from Black Ops 2?
Think I could use the boss or the perk placements/scripts for my mod
