[SOLVED] Launcher spits out Error in Modding

Hi Guys,
i've a little problem with the Launcher.
I followed the Tutorial on the Wiki "UGX Mod Standalone Installation" and i get stuck at "Converting the Images"
I tried to Build the FF File but it spits always the Error

I looked it up on google and the search but i found just one Topic with the same Error but it didn't help at all.
I reinstalled all twice, did the compatibility thing, tried to start the Launcher as Admin and set it to Win XP SP3.
I hope i explained it right and you can help me figure out how to fix this problem.
