A scroll texture as in a paper? Or do you mean a texture that literally scrolls?

You just said the exact same thing... If you mean movin texture, in asset manager select world phong as type and ice as surface type. Then go down to texture scroll and check it. Boom done. But if you want to control the speed and have an image moving under another image, then enable sub layer scroll instead. At the top of assman choose a texture that's completely invisible, then on sub layer scroll set both images. The numbers to the right control how it moves. I light he wrong on some of this, can't check now.

And try what I said instead of checking with other people to make sure it works first. :)

Nah thats correct, both things you said were

Custom scrolling

For colour map you pick a blank image (Or if you want a image with particular parts of it seethrough, you can do this. Then the scrolling texture will appear underneath. Often used for camos)

Then scoll to the bottom, tick the "enable sub layer" box. Select your moving image in the two boxes that gives you. To the right of each box there are options for speed and direction (1 moves crazy fast, so pick lower, like 0.01 etc)

Texture scroll

The regular scroll is nice and easy, just select your colourmap, scroll down and tick "texture scroll". You cannot customize this however

+1 from me to Centric, make sure to mark him as best answer ;)
