After idiotically running converter, my mods tools started acting funny ( only one weapon slot, zombies spawning with kar98K's), so I tried doing something most likely about as stupid as the above, downloaded and replaced some of the original files and then re-patched mod tools, then converting the files again. Now my SVT40 no longer has attachments... no telescopic sight, nothing, and all of the tags come up as invalid bone errors. the animations for the attachments work fine. My first room risers no longer rise, they did before, but now they just stand their like idiots. And lastly, my Walther no longer shows up in "give all" though I think it's sharing ammo with the default walther. Can anyone help me resolve these issues?

Sounds like a fun time you're having. All of those issues arise from having edited assets who have no source GDT. Any stock assets which you made changes to have now been overwritten with the originals. I wouldn't know where to start with fixing all of the weird side effects you now have. I would start from scratch if you can't get those fixed.

As long as I don't need to replace my custom weapon files, it really isn't too big of a deal. I guess I should redownload World At War while I'm at it, the zombie weapons keep getting deleted for some reason, and it's really annoying.

Just reinstalled everything... got zombies spawning again, however the SVT40 still has no telescopic sights, and the modtools that I downloaded is missing the perk FX as well as some others:
