So I'm trying to use Tom's Xmodelutil to port over the silenced Sten over to WAW. Everything goes just fine until I load up the Asset Viewer, and the model is completely invisible. I was thinking that maybe the materials are clashing against other materials in the raw files, but even when I try to rename them, nothing solves the problem. Anybody here know a workaround for this? Thanks.

Still looking for help on this I guess. Another issue I'm experiencing is with exporting the Death Machine powerup icon. The model shows up in the asset viewer, but ingame, it doesn't. I even have the model referenced in the mod csv, but that doesn't help. Anybody out there that can help me?

Check to be sure the textures are converting into raw/images.
Check if the textures (dds/tga) have an alpha layer making them transparent.
If your models normals were reversed in maya it will look inside out. Combined with codwaw backface culling it could look invisible. Google to see how to flip normals in maya.

If its none of that then i would delete all raw/sten related stuff. Delete the gdt entry and try again in a fresh map.

Yeah, I tried all of that, still nothing. Are there specific settings that I have to change in asset manager while creating a new material for a powerup?
