Do you have the jukebox script checked in your iwd list? I don't think that it can't be the problem because if you didn't have it checked, you would get a script compile error that says "couldn't find UGX_jukebox.gsc" or something like that since you are already calling the script in your mapname.gsc

Make sure you have fully built and compiled your map. If that doesn't work then I would re-download the jukebox files as either something in the script or the prefab must have been changed. Otherwise it would at least throw a runtime error.
