I don't own either of the games on PC (I do on ps3 but that doesn't make a difference) and I'd like to insert stuff like the BO1 m1911, the zapguns, the thundergun, the sliquifier, the commando etc.

You need to own them on pc first then port them using tom's tools.

Is there not some way to download the files?

Port them from getting the model and anims using toms tools, Google tutorials on how to convert them in waw. Owning them on PS3 doesn't matter here

These guns will need scripts, and fx to work which can't be copied from bo1/2 and pasted to waw

CFG factory has some ports that were made by rorke that are pretty good. Might have to change some stats on the weapons with the UGX weapons editor, such as the damage and the title. Other wise, he gives you the models and anims. It's how I did it for my first map
