hey guys installed mod tools after im done idid go to luncher to convert then icant start building my map but after finshed it says ERROR: dll version number does not match converter version

Which OS do you have? If it's win8 try to run the launcher in compatibility mode.

Do you have any version of .net framework installed? and if yes, which?

Try if everything works anyways and reply again if you encounter any other errors.
Some errors can be ignored and this might be one.

Do you have the C++ packs installed? If not sure you can just download them to make sure.

thanks for trying help but another thing can you give me a link for mod tools ithink this mod tools i downloaded missing some files

if it wasn't already the ones from UGX, try this:

^This. I'd recommend downloading the MEGA link with all the patchs included & finding a copy of Sniperbolts scripts(unless your going to make a map with the UGX mod.

You can save map specific assets and just delete the mod tools + game if you want. The game shouldn't matter but you can uninstall everything if you want a clean install.

That would mean your deffiles doesn't match with converter.exe so, I'd suggest redownloading both bin and deffiles from a trusted source.
