Hi guys i bought a disc version of the game to test , i have first the steam, version so i decided to get disc version to have one of each.

When i go to load my disc version it would not let me maka an account unless i made it on the steam version first then signed into it on the disc version.

As far as i know i have installed all the patches for disc version but the whole game plays juddery , and the laptop is more than enough to run this game on the settings medium. And as sioon as i load steam version the game is smooth again , i need botjh versions to co op test maps. If anyone knows a fix thanks

Are you running it on the same PC where you run the steam version? Because both of them share the same folder for profiles and the CDKey entry in registry.

I have the steam version backed up having previously had that one installed . I managed to make the profile however the game runs with black flickers across the screen . I have the disc version patched to 1.7

I installed the Disc version, then later on got the Steam version, both work just fine.

why do you even need steam version and CD version at the same time? Only reason i do is coz the other is on a laptop ( and both are steam )

Cus at the time it was 20 quid on steam ad 15 on G2A , and it was 7 for the disc version . I use it so i can go room by room in the map on one screen and use radiant to pick and fix bugs etc .

Some reason i have performance problems when running the disc version _ is handy for local co op testing .
