you prob didn't export your ads-anims correctly (that can mess up all anims), or maybe the animated-model. There's quite some tut's on how to export that stuff, doesn't matter if it's from a tanim or a custom anim.
in general for ads anims only export:

As you can see now, the Anims are working more smoothly AND full...except the hands are still gone :/
Also the ADS anims still didnt work after exporting them again.
The hands appear during knifing as well now too just not with the gun.
