When i start a game the black ops perks show invisible but there's a light showing on the floor and i could buy the perk but no shader comes up in the bottom right hand corner unless i buy a regular perk like "quick revive" or "etc" 

you forgot to add the images to your mod and check them

Were did you get the perks from ? Because launcher is just saying you don't have the xmodels

What I did to fix it, is use the _patch file in his download and rename it to my maps _patch file and replace the old one. If you do this, then you cant compile patch
