I tried installing Black Ops font, i got this. It almost works.

I took the font files from Black Ops mod tools and the gamefonts_pc.iwi and implemented them, as well as including the necessary lines in mod.csv.

The Black Ops font map is extended, youre probably going to encounter more problems than just this. To fix your current problem you will need to copy one of the working /font files and rename it to overwrite the one that's jumbled in the picture. That font is probably the one named big but that's just a guess. You could confirm it by looking at the .menu files.

Edit: And I don't suggest changing the console font.

Yeah it does it ingame when it displays the Equipment Count, Grenade Count, and Current Weapon.

I renamed normalFont to all the other font types and it didn't seem to work.

The line spacing and font size is fixed and my experience is that most custom fonts (even the cod4 one) are nearly unreadable in the console, even if they are supposed to be a console font. The CoD4 one especially is REALLY hard to read when enabled. And setting the consoleFont to any other font (like big for example) results in the font being huge and offscreen. The fontsize is not forced so the size is taken literally.

I gave you the solution to that in my first reply.

I also said it didn't seem to work. :P

Edit: I know normalFont works as when I changed it, it messed up the main menu.

So I tried replacing each font with normalFont until the title of the main menu was fixed, but no changes happened.

It works, I've done that exact process before and solved the problem.

Hmm, no matter what I do, it doesn't change the top at all, as well as the problem with the ammo counter. I even tried making normalFont which is working, to all the other fonts, the main menu was still the same, but it actually caused some more weird alien text ingame. haha

Figured out there is only one bad font, which is objectiveFont looking at this:



I tried replacing it with normalFont but no changes happened. However I do notice this in the font file: 

Changing that to objectiveFont didn't seem to work, as for some reason after I do it doesnt look for gamefonts_pc, but instead tries to find the material nt and nt_glow which isn't right.

Edit: Is there possibly a way to direct UI_FONT_OBJECTIVE point to a different font file?

Only fix that I could muster up was editing the UI files, replace all instances of UI_FONT_OBJECTIVE with UI_FONT_NORMAL and this is your result
