get the student version of maya.
get the Call of Duty tools for it.
follow the black ops to WAW tutorial in Wiki
see if there's any un-needed attachments.
delete them.
export xmodel
try again.
Im new to maya but it looks like the (5406 tris, 6373 verts, 3191 unique verts) mesh is the trouble maker. Then again Im just looking at values and the error is about a ratio of values.

Update it and re-export, problem fixed.alright ill give it a try when i get back thx all ill repost results and best answer
