I've looked at tutorials but all of them show how to put in a VIDEO or require an expensive tool. Is there a way I can just put a simple image into the loadscreen and coop lobby? Thanks 

the UGX script placer has that feature, provided you haven't already made a map. I know you can go into the menu file but i dont know where you have to change it as i dont have access to it right now.

No, it isnt a big mistake at all, i mean many mappers want to actually put a picture of their map in the load screen. I said that there is a way by editing the menu file for the map but i dont have access to my pc atm so i cant check what it is. Just wait for someone else to answer.

You can't simply make a image for a solo loading screen. that's why i sent this. if you want an image as a solo loading screen, you must create a video of that image.

EUREKA! I'VE FOUND IT. I found a good tutorial HOWEVER I still need a tutorial on how to make an image for my main menu...
