did you put the sounds into Call of Duty World at War\raw\sound ?

Satchel charge can be in the 2nd floor of the main house(behind the MG42) and in the first floor of the main house, it can be in the house on the other side of the maps/ other spawn and the last spawn is on the haybale storage next to the stairs of it.
