I know I was able to do this in waw radiant but I'm unsure how you would go about doing it now.

What I'm talking about is that I have 2 walls for example and they have the same texture on both, however in the corners of the walls the textures from the both of them don't line up since it is a brick texture.

It waw radiant you could just select both and give them the same texture and they lined up fine most of the time.

How would I go about doing it in bo3 radiant?

Picture of what I mean:

Notice the corners looking like I just glued two walls together.

I am also having some lighting issues:

Whenever I make a enclosed room it seems like the light from the outside goes through the walls and creates these annoying light bars.

Yep, happening to me too. This could be just because they're in beta, so for some people the lights may do this. Maybe a more experienced mapper can help us out?

Have you tried selecting all your walls and pressing "fit texture" under the textures tab?

I was able to get walls to match up, but I can't fix the lighting thing.

Same here I've also got the lighting issue, I think it maybe just a bug in the beta tools at the moment.

The lighting is either a bug with the tools or just a bug with the way the default map they give you is setup.

All the lighting and sky was setup already so remaking all the sky brushes and stuff may fix it.

I also noticed when you move your view around in-game there is sometimes a weird black outline of the objects that were in view still stuck on the screen.

I've noticed this too and know it's related to ambient occlusion. It's the AO being baked in real time but staying on your screen for some reason. If you turn AO off entirely then it goes away.
