You would maybe need to add a custom animation for this.. unless you set its final origin pos to the position laid on the ground

I'll take a stab at if, what you could use is the zombie counter function (posted on the forum) and manipulate it so its not showing on screen but you could check when the counter decreases... hope this helps you.

All visual studio c++ redistribution packages from 2008-2013 installed both x86 & x64 need to be installed.

SOLVED - this error will occur when you don't have visual studio c++ 2008-2013 redistributables x64 & x86 both need to be installed. In your control panel and add and remove programs they should look like this minimum on windows 10.

Try this : Right click on your toolbar on the camera view window and click exposure and then click the lightening bolt.

re-install everything, I had same issue. Re-installation fixed my problem, also having all visual studio c++ redistribution packages from 2008-2013 installed both x86 & x64

Same here I've also got the lighting issue, I think it maybe just a bug in the beta tools at the moment.
