I need help on how to correct the zombie_jump_up_to_climb prefab so that when they climb up, their hands touch the surface instead of climbing up in mid-air. Is there a way to change how high they climb up?

You can open the prefab to get the traverse and make it fit for that platform but I prefer to use the defaults traverses to make the job done.
It's better to use a falldown traverse because those animations are shorter.
