When linker_pc is compiling the .ffs get this error

At the end of the compile when linker_pc is trying to build the .ffs I get this error does anyone have any ideas or some fixes?

It's out of memory. Try closing other programs.

No, that's not the issue I don't believe

Tried that about 200 times.

32 gb is not letting me compile? I don't think it has too do with ram

That is a good idea, But I have tried to compile it on my windows 8.1 laptop and does not work either when it worked months ago.
