you need to do them manually
The best way is to reconvert them in assman
then navigate to your root/raw/images folder
sort by "date"
and the latest ones you "touched" are at the top
Tom has a tool that will grab all images used in your mod, but ive never used it before
Also I hear that there are problems using the COD 4 material_properties, Id suggest converting them yourself instead

So I figured the modbuilder failed to import the .IWI files to the maps
Uhh no, Cod 4 uses the same engine as World at War and you can basically just get the iwi files, material files and material properties and thats it, no need to go through asset manager, just so long as you include the iwi files in your images folder in your mod and check them in launcher.
