The best way in my opinion is to press "N" in radiant with nothing selected (in your map of course) This will pull up a world spawn entity box. At the bottom there are two bars: Key, and Value.

Inside the Key box put "skyboxmodel"

and inside the value box you put what you want your sky to look like. (mine is skybox_zombie) Also it is OK if it flickers in radiant. It wont in game.

To see which skyboxes you can choose from, you can search it up on google or just use the one I used.
