History of this map

Okay, here I am, where do I start? Maybe with my thoughts...
 
Why did I do this?..... why? I forgot about it a long time ago. I wonder why every so often
 
When I started developing this map back in 2015, no it was before even that, I hadn't dreamed about anything except making a map of the city I live in. A map that expresses my love for zombies and gives me the freedom to join the wonderful world of level design, and now I see how naive I was to have that dream; 15 years have passed since then, and 11 since I started the map.
And here I am, watching from the outside, just like I've done with everything else in my life.
 
I started this map for the "UGX-Mods & ZomMods Mapping Contest 2015", the topic of the original map is in the forum, overthere you can see iamges that i take from my little city and the progress in radiant. The map had many problems and errors which I couldn't fix due to my lack of knowledge at the time. There were a couple of people who helped me at that time, to whom I am very grateful. One of them was RADIMAX, who taught me a lot more about level design and helped me with a part of the map, completely changing the way it looked, which I have kept for this latest version.
 
In 2016 I decided to start working on the map again and make sweeping changes to dedicate more time to how I wanted the map to look. The map went through many changes, even changing its theme, but maintaining the essence of being based on the city where I live. Parts of the map were redone without major changes; there was a change in lighting, going from night to day, making the map look more abandoned, as if nature were reclaiming the place. Until 2020, I found myself working on the map, occasionally adding more areas and changing others, and the map has been getting bigger and bigger over time. During that time, many things happened in my life that have taken me away from this and have constantly brought it all back to me, due to bad decisions I made in my life.
 
Starting in 2024, I decided it was time to finish the map once and for all. I decided to rearrange the map into a more simplified version, but trying to maintain what I had seen in my dream: a large map of the city where I live, completely abandoned.
 
And here we are in the year 2026, in which I am launching an Alpha version of the map so that everyone can see what I have been working on these years and that dream I had so many years ago.
 
I hope many people enjoy it and have fun with it

This is a Alpha, many things could go wrong so have fun
 
-You need T4M r48
-Coop wasn't tested
-Scripts where made by AI Grok! and i applied some fixes
- I used ChatGPT for some textures
-You may see things that are not there...like bugs :))
About that....

Will i fix them? maybe
 
The map is not far from being released but requires a lot of work on specific things such as sound effects, main missions, and side missions to make the gameplay more entertaining and enjoyable.

Cool to see a UGX mod map release in current day. The map is very huge and high quality, maybe too big ( I couldn't find the gas tank after 3 hours XD )
