CONFINE
A map by: daicebomb
 
Introduction: Confine is my first custom zombies map. Been wanting to make a custom zombies map for years and after discovering you could do it in BO1 I had to finally sit down and learn the tools to do so. I wanted to keep it pretty vanilla and I feel I've achieved that but I didn't want it to feel too simple either so it still has that feel that yes this is a custom map if that makes any sense.
 
Features:
All Standard BO1 Zombies Weapons
Good chunk of WAW BO1 Zombies Weapons as seen in the remastered maps.
5 Wonder Weapons:
Raygun,
Wunderwaffe DG-2,
Thundergun,
Winter's Howl,
and a completely new one with the Dragon's Breath taken straight from the BO1 Campaign.
All Wonder Weapons have a limit of one. (With the exception of the Raygun)
Death Machine moves from a Powerup straight to the box, based off how it was treated in Mob of the Dead.
Additional Campaign Standard Weapons
2 Custom Perks:
Stopping Power based off the WAW MP Perk of the same name. Gives 40% damage to all weapons.
Finance Finder grants 5 or 10 points on kills.
Starting on Round 15 Dog Rounds will drop a Free Perk Powerup Alongside a Max Ammo.
Custom Easter Egg Song
Custom Game Over Music
Custom Dog Round Music
New Player Characters without voice to feel like Nacht when the characters were silent.
Quick Revive does not take up a perk slot in Solo.

Fixed an issue where the player could see a Zombie Spawn within the Spawn Room
Fixed Unintended PaP Camo for the Left Hand HS10
Fixed Unintended PaP Camo for the MPL
Fixed M2 Flamethrower not displaying PaP Camo if viewing it held by Another Player

Very fun map, i liked,  very comfortable areas,  i played a few times, it made me remember how spawn control is important when you try to achieve a high round, here is my best try

Fun map! Got to say I love a custom map that feels like an OG Treyarch build. Box is heavy but that just means the grind is longer and that is only a problem for impatient folk lol. Thanks for the map!

Glad you enjoyed it! I really like how in WaW had some wall weapons are in the box. Keeps it more of a mystery. Even though I originally was only planning to have a few wall weapons in the box I decided why not, I'm putting literally every weapon in the box. So yeah the box is super bloated. Yes I know visual wise it's obviously not 1:1 to a vanilla map but design wise I tried to keep it similar to a vanilla map. Tried to keep no way too open spaces while also not having the whole map be as narrow as the player. I do like the pack a punch area camp strategy,  not one I have done but one I knew was possible. I'm gonna have to try it myself one time.

Well, you did great on this one! And if your first map isn't 1:1 with a Treyarch map, I think that's ok lol. When is Confine 2 coming out? :)   Merry Christmas!!
