Please be aware that the donation page has changed, so read carefully before making a donation!

The following information does not affect anything for current donators, only future ones.

We no longer feel comfortable providing instant beta access to new donators, because it can be misinterpreted as a direct sale of property we do not technically own - any maps or mods made with Activision's Mod Tools are the intellectual property of Activision. It is specifically against the license agreement provided with the Mod Tools to charge money for Activision's property like a paid Map-Pack, and offering early beta access to donors can unfortunately be misconstrued in such a way.

Therefore to avoid any potential legal issues, we are changing the way we operate the beta testing. From now on, we cannot guarantee beta access to anyone who donates to our site. While we still may offer limited beta testing spots which can include people who have supported the site through donations, these beta releases will not be offered simply because someone has given us money; this means that if we start testing a map with a select group of people, simply donating to our site after the testing has started will not by any means guarantee that you will be able to play the map during its testing stages. We are not obligated to provide any future donors with beta access, but we still strive to give something back to donators with special thank-yous, such as access to the private forum section, special titles on the forums, and other such benefits.

To summarize: Donations made to our site are made in the interest of supporting the time and effort we put into making these free maps and modifications, to help us pay for monthly web-hosting and server costs; we are not accepting donations in a way that implies the exchange of money for a map o...
