WAW Not Launching Custom Maps

Whenever I try to load a custom map this comes up:

I had this happen to me, it might be your common.ff if you have messed with it at all..

I used a mod menu to have fun on der riese with friends and that requires to change your common.ff so you might need a clean common.ff

I did mess with common.ff but only changing the fullscreen value from 0-1 and 1-0. How can I get a clean common.ff?

thats done in user settings not common.ff?

reinstall, or on steam, verify game cache

My bad I did it through config.cfg. So no I haven't messed with common.ff but somehow it's working again without me even verifying game cache.
