Ok, so I have tryed multiple things with this. I have been trying for the past 20 minutes to get Tom's IWI + DDS Converter working and everything I tryed hasn't worked. I have tryed dragging my IWI file onto the converter. I have made it run in admin every time. I have ran the program dragged it in and pressed enter. And I have even tryed dragging the exe onto the iwi. Nothing works. Pls help.

I had the same isue a while ago. After restarting my pc many times it works fine for me.

It creates the Dds in the folder the image was "in" before you dragged it

Have you checked it isn't actually there and your just looking in the wrong place?

Copy the iwi into the same folder as his program before you do it

I did it on my desktop and no new files or folders are showing up.

Aye man your not supposed to open the application  up your just supposed to drop it on the program when. On ur desktop MAKE SURE YOU DON'T  OPEN THE APPLICATION

I've been doing this myself, dragging the dds onto the converter shortcut, it does its thing and doesn't give me an iwi. It worked from iwi to dds, and I'm trying to convert a custom font I made back to iwi to test it, but Tom's converter isn't giving me an iwi output. I don't want to install the mod tools for the asset manager just to convert 1 file, so how would one get this converter to work properly?

Sometimes it's not working. Why? Because maybe the .iwi or .dds format is using other version. Not all version. Maybe it's corrupt or newer version one.

Ah okay, thanks, I used an online converter to dds so that's probably why. Which version of the dds do I need to use?
