I'm currently making world models for some custom guns I ported but the world models are tilted. The view model are tilted as well but since the idle have them in hand it doesn't show?( Maybe I should address these as well?). My question is how do I fix this problem? All help are appreciated.

Can you show some pics of what you mean? Can't you just rotate them to how you want them in Maya?

Think it's the orientation of a joint that's causing this.
Selecet j_gun and press ctrl+a twice. Attribute editor ( i believe ), should show up where you can see the orientation value's. You may need to detach the skin b4 you can adjust it, not sure. Been a while..
