I ported the gray M14 from black ops but it looks see through, I tried editing the image and filling in areas that looked see through but have had no luck, any ideas?

is your texture on blend?

Thats why I thought to but nope its on replace

i think tom(see in his page) have a tool for remove the alpha from .dds images

make the material in maya new

remove the alpha chanel via maya

ok, I did a few different things and it seemed to fix it, I used toms dds alpha remover tool and deleted the old material and made a new one in maya and added the image to that instead
