Rad Tools Not working

Im trying to make a custom loadscreen but stupid rad tools keeps telling me error: opening: (name). Im fustrated Dx binks not accepting anything whatsoever what do i do?

I ran it as admin (which i never do cuz it never makes a difference)

yeah you need to with this, as admin grants permissions to program files and appData i believe

windows program files are usually kinda locked down as a means to prevent bad things happening or "being done" to you, like viruses trying to keylog your credit card info on ingame purchases
