Need help with the downloading the maps

My friend just got WaW to play custom zombies with me but sadly when he runs the .exe files to download the maps it starts the installer then freezes and crashes...

Any ideas on how to fix this guys? i tried asking the chat but everyone just ignores ya.

well did you try to run as an admin ?

and make sure you have the latest microsoft .net framework installed - you will need to restart the pc after installing it, can get it from microsoft site

I forgot to update. But yeah. We found out that the first time he downloaded the file it actually didn't download properly and was corrupted.

But we fixed it. Thanks tho
