Not sure what's wrong, but there's something with that brush..
In radiant click 'misc->go to position' and enter the coordinates from the console.
Or
misc -> find brush and enter the number shown in the console (386)
You camera view is placed in the center of the brush causing the problems, maybe you can pinpoint what it is that way..
