Hi there, I recently got WaW (Non Steam version) and tried to play Zombies with my friends. We installed two maps. First one being The Bedroom and the second one being Kino Der Toten. When I launch the maps it opens up a menu giving me the options of Singleplayer, Multiplayer etc. Firstly, it won't work if I try to play Solo. Secondly, when I try to invite my friend he doesn't receive the invite and vice versa when he tries to invite me. Is there any suggested fixes available. Thanks

Did you buy WaW? Since you say "Non-Steam Version" I would like to verify if it's a legit copy.

Did you buy WaW? Since you say "Non-Steam Version" I would like to verify if it's a legit copy.I'm pretty sure its a legit copy, I had to obtain the installation files myself but I was able to use the code I bought and I can also play Multiplayer.

I'm pretty sure its a legit copy, I had to obtain the installation files myself but I was able to use the code I bought and I can also play Multiplayer.
There are (supposedly) free cracked MP servers available, so saying you can play MP doesn't mean anything.

Is there anyway I can verify I have a legit copy?by verifying the source from where you got it?
Its highly unlikely that a legit retailer could sell the game without providing some way of actually installing it - or at least a link to a place where you can get what you need "to" install it

No. There were two options. A steam key and a retail key. At the time I bought the retail key as it was cheaper.Well if thats the case, the games legit - but is your friends?
Are you both loading the mod correctly?
Does he need to open ports on his router?
does he need exceptions added to his fire wall / internet security?
The fact the other is not even "recieving" the invite at all makes not sense. In theory you should at least get it but fail to connect, or not be able to send one in the first place
