Hi, can anyone help in explaining how to do or show me a link to creating ignore files so I cane get rid of sounds and weapons thanks ,any help would be great.

Here is a thread from jei9363 in the modding tutorial section: greater control for your assets (for 400fx/1600sounds limits)
