hello, I wonder how I can change the sound of perks and characters?

Please post in Help-section the questions. I have moved your topics from other sections like 3 times now. And change soundaliases entries in raw/soundaliases

Easiest method is to replace the soundaliases.

for chars
raw/soundaliases/dlc3_vox(+2).csv
for perks
raw/soundaliases/dlc(+2)_share(+2).csv

no idea which one is the correct one check your map & mod CSV's to see which soundaliases get included and then copy, change, save and edit the includes in your map/mod CSV for the new soundaliases
