Horribly Screwed up Textures: UGX Requeim

Ive been waiting months for this map to come out and now when it finally does, i download it, gather some friends, load it up and my textures are broken, almost to the point where its unplayable.
I sought help in the chat where @Koan told me to turn off specular map in graphics, which this did not help but i thank him for trying to help, if anybody has any information as to how i could fix this it would be greatly appreciated.

Quick run down of pc specs if it matters:
Zotac Nvidia GTX 970 (4gb) [drivers up to date]
intel i5-4460
8gb ram
Windows10

This has been reported a few times before and we have no single clue what is causing this issue. It seems to be fine for the maturity of people. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to fix it 
Is your W@W on V1.7? Maybe try reinstalling the game? Are your graphic card's driver up-to-date? Just trying to give some help

Disable any overlays(steam, Nvidia Geforce Experience).
Using the T4M mod may also help(if you aren't already).

Issue has been fixed, it was the stupid new "Nvidia Share" Thing they added instead of shadowplay.
