On my custom map, none of the zombies drop any items at all. I don't know why. Any possible cause for this that I may need to fix? Perhaps there is something I need to set or add in the Radiant?
The mystery box also doesn't give you a Ray Gun, even though the Ray Gun texture can be seen in the box while cycling. Is there a way to get the Ray Gun to appear?
My pack-a-punch'd weapons, as well as most textures on items in the map have this weird red color on it. When weapons get pack-a-punch'd, they're 100% solid red. They're all the same color and look very bland. How would one fix this?
I added a few barrels in my map that explode, but when I shoot them, none explode. They just disappear.
I'm currently working on my first map, which is simply an extremely long hallway with loads of obstacles called "Hell's Hallway," and it's based on a hallway from an actual haunted psychiatric hospital that has been shutdown for more than 40 years where I live, and it once housed a deadly child killer by the name of Cropsy.

for drops you need to place a "trigger_multiple" with a "targetname" of "playable_area" covering everywhere where you want drops to appear
raygun wont come out of the box until you have gotten the teddy once(yep you need more than 1 box thats how der rise scripts work)
add a reflection probe in your map at a reasonable height, but dont add to many cause they increase the image count
o think you're missing the exploding barrel fx.

I'm a little confused about what you mean about the drops. I don't think I'm that advanced yet to know where and what to replace and how to edit things in script. I can't find a place to learn the scripting since the Treyarch wiki page is offline since I started trying to build maps a few weeks ago. What do I do with those codes you mentioned?
Drops have nothing to do with scripting. In radiant, in your 2d view(left hand side) right click and choose trigger,trigger_multiple, then press N on your keyboard for the key enter "targetname" no quotations, value enter "playable_area" no quotations and make sure it is covering the entire area where you want the drops to spawn at. You can place multiple of these wherever you want, it is not a good idea to make the trigger multiple cover past zombie barriers though

- Oh, and that Reflection Probe worked and turned all the colors on the models back to normal, which is great.
- I also fixed the mystery box by adding a second and the Ray Gun did finally appear. Fantastic.
NEW ISSUE:
I'm having an issue though now getting the zombies to move now. I setup my track node boxes so the zombies can walk but I get the error: "ERROR: Duplicate linking nodes at -3400.000000 -2664.000000 12.125000. Removed dupe node or
set DONTLINK." I don't know what this means or how to fix it. From the picture, the area it is referring to is to the left of the pack-a-punch machine, but I'm confused as to what this means.
