Always when im starting the map , the loadbar moves an stoped mimmediately. than cames the error Soundlimit "400" or "1600" is reached. pls some help to fix that.

Sound limit or Fx limit ? If it was Fx it's in harry's rar. In a folder called "400fix" and just follow what readme is saying. If it was sounds then you need to go to root/raw/soundalias. Look for something called weapons.csv. And comment some lines there. To comment put # in the start of the line so the line is ignored by the game. Thou don't comment something like footsteps. Impacts etc. You will be needing those.

comment unneeded sounds out of raw/soundaliases/weapons.csv andn recompile your map

There's hundreds of sounds in there and only like 40 in my perks so you must be able to make room removing enough from here
