Does enyone Know were or how i get Shaders maybe of the powerlever, to make it buildable?

yeah comment a lot of these lines in weapon.csv but the error does not disappears

Always when im starting the map , the loadbar moves an stoped mimmediately. than cames the error Soundlimit "400" or "1600" is reached. pls some help to fix that.
