Here's the thing. i used Scoba's tool to get the Ghosts joints and eveything worked perfectly. just the ads up don't work it look like this : Weapon looks like : Any ideas ? Thanks!

I don't know what joints you selected before you export the anims. I just manually select the joints without the use of scoba's tool.
For infinity wards anims Ads up and down = tag_view and tag_ads. Rest of the anims = Tag_ads and tag_cambone [Select Hierachy]. its the only way i know that should be able to have a proper animations for the ads and the rest of the anims.

Scoba's "Thingy" has the same stuff you spoke of now. Here the ads up joints (after installing all over) : maya good. in game it just zooms.

Did you add them to weaponfile? I know that is needed for hidetags, not sure about ADS stuff, but worth a try if you didn't.
also tried replacing the viewmodel_hands_no_model with the richtofen one. same result . Edit : and also replaced them with the ones i riged them with. also same result.

That doesn't make sense lol. there must be something wrong. coz they're fresh anims. and the ads down is playing but the up is zooming in. Well Thanks! if anyone have a last idea. You may save my day .

The rest of the anims are fine if they play fine in-game, if the ads down plays then there is something wrong with the ads up anim. lol

origins viewhands are still treyarch viewhands, ghosts is an infinity ward game so im pretty sure you need to use infinity ward viewhands/joints for the ads to work

Pretty sure this is correct if you use IW hands to port it (in Maya), but I've never tested that. lol So if he used IW viewhands that might be the issue.
