I usually get this error and I know that closing Skype or Chrome it's solved. But I'm getting it since yesterday every time I try to compile any map (Compile level or Build FF).

I have 8gb of RAM and I tried compiling with nothing open at the same time, but it won't do anything.

Does anyone know why it can be happening?

Do you have Steam open? I suggest trying to close all programs, that are not needed to be open. Then close Launcher and try again

I don't have Steam. And I tried twice to compile just after turning the computer on, without opening anything.

any pending updates with anything seem to cause this, even my GPU driver once ( i assume anyway, i let it update then viola )

Steam is usually the culprit for me. Seemingly its fine

Wont compile

I close steam, then reopen it

Please wait... Steam is updating -> done

then i compile fine. Seemingly Steam blocks it from working, but also is designed in such a way that it wont stop you to update ( prob for the best coz who wants the gaming platform updating midway through playing right? lol )
