Hello, so I'm building a very large map. I have encountered a small problem:
"triangulating all windings...

Looks like Radiant just messed up when creating a brush.
it's been years since i've used radiant, but somewhere in the misc tab there is a thing that will let you find a brush by it's brush number (in your case 118) or you could enter it's coordinance through another option in the misc tab (in your case -327 1424 141)
Just delete this brush and remake it.
