Actually, someone has beaten it on Insane, and has a video for it, his name is baseball4evPC, here's the link to prove it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=64nm7mCAXJIHe's already on the high scores list... that is the unpatched version, which is easier than the current INSANE version. A valid v1.1 INSANE win will say "Patched" on the GAME OVER screen. No one has given me proof of a patched INSANE win yet, which is why it would be an automatic 1st place on the high scores list right now.

I did it once but I wasn't recording
I don't know if I'm eligible for the leaderboards anyway since I made a lot of the map and placed most of the objective-related items.
