This is a wip I started with one of my friends

its our first map and only 3 weeks in development

Story will be a similar to Escape from New York a bad film from the 80's and will have a buyable ending which involves completing certain missions, I'm thinking the reason u have to do them is some cheesy made up disease u were infected with before u were dropped in to recover some intel and find out whats going on.

Story isn't 100% hashed out yet currently its called escape from berlin but I will be researching a bit more to find a town name that fits with the setting a little better.

New Weapons R700(currently has a problem after scoping where the screen blacks out and u have to sprint to get the normal view back), P90 and G36c Added.  Also having a problem with Black hands kit not always working sometimes I go into a solo game and he has white gloves.
Perk Drops and Gun Drops (Gun Drops need some adjustment currently has only actually given me a gun once in testing, as a third gun that went when I pack a Punched Another)

still would like to add Weather, Black Ops Perks and some more MW Guns, the guns are a possible (with my knowledge) but I can't figure out the weather yet and the only videos for black ops perks require going to a link that is down or adding the ugx mod (which I may attempt again)

was started with the ugx Script Placer.  I have also  tried to add the ugx mod once but I run into problems which i think were caused by the Load screens I had already made took me a while to get it working again after this so I've been hesitant to try again.

there's still alot of work to do I'd think, it runs as is at the moment and most of the glitches I've had are gone.  Will be changing some of the textures and trying to focus on adding blends and stuff.  I'm still getting the hang of that part of radiant watched a few tutorials over the weekend and learnt a bunch of stuff I wish I had known when I started it lol.

I am a Sound Engineer by trade and will def be getting into the custom sounds and changing as much of the music and sounds as is possible to fit with my theme of a bad 80's movie

please give honest feedback its the only type I like lol I am also working on adding easter eggs with songs that will be original productions

If you could make your character name Snake Plissken and have him say Escape quotes in a gravelly voice that would be awesome. Looks interesting so far  Let me know when you need someone to help test it, I'd love to play it.

I would really like to try that idea lol Im sure I cud take a bunch of meaningless stuff he says and change it with the audio quotes that are loaded my 3 weeks of scripting and modding experience might not help tho and def let u kno about testing will need some soon probably just gotta do some more work on the detail

I have both the films and soundtracks around somewhere the escape from new york soundtrack has audio snippets too I think probably all the best lines just me learning how change the sounds now

i think you should add more BO guns than MW guns

I am tempted to buy BO this week and start doing that I heard u have to export the animations and stuff too so might hold off on them for my next map

Have added 5 "Escape from New York" Easter Eggs and a Buyable Ending Tonight and won't be sleeping till 2 more guns are ported from MW

the MW guns also PAP now (I figured this bit out all by myself lol)

Added Skorpion and Mini Uzi and also fixed the r700 Scoping problem

Still having a a black hands kit problems sometimes it doesnt always load and leaves the hands the white color u see in the screen shots

all mw guns now pap and have new names, damage and clip sizes

If anyone can help with the black hands kit issue would be appreciated and
any specific mw guns people would like to see I won't be putting them all in but I do plan to put a few more of the good ones currently have

Have alot more updates but having trouble posting on the forum for some reason.

Have added a Zipline tonight and yesterday 3 more guns

alot of texture and detailing changes still few glitches to figure out with the zoning tho there seems to be a few loops and the zombies dont always like them I dont think the problems will be the same tho with 4 players and starting with low points

Also still would like to add Teleporters because it is quite a big map and would like Black Ops perks but Dont think I will have the tutorial when this is finished dont wanna delay it just for perks
